Cherie Lowe
An old friend of Jill Ann from her pageant days, Cherie Lowe, remembers her fondly. She said that about two years before Jill Ann’s murder, they had run into each other at a Meijer store on Hill Road. Lowe had been working there at the time and was pleasantly surprised to run into her friend from her teenage years.
