The achievements and records that “His Airness” has gained in the world of basketball is truly amazing. You wouldn’t think there would be any setbacks for this star. But, there was. Gambling. Michael Jordan has been seen gambling in Atlantic City the night before a game against the New York Knicks during the Chicago Bulls’ playoff run in 1993. He admitted that he had to cover some $57,000 in gambling losses. Author Richard Esquinas wrote a book claiming he had won $1.25 million from Jordan in the golf course. In 2005, Jordan admitted on the evening show 60 Minutes to his gambling habit and careless decisions.
