Good News

Luckily, Hillary had other family members left to contact. Her mother was still alive and she had two more sisters named Dawn Johnson and Renee Diericks. Unfortunately, she immediately came to a dead end. While she knew her sisters’ names, she didn’t know how to look for them. She tried to search for Dawn on Facebook but there were so many women who shared that name. She didn’t know where to go from here. Did this mean that her search would come to a halt? She certainly hoped not, but she didn’t know what to do.

New Neighbors

During Hillary’s search, a couple moved in next door. The woman’s name was Dawn, and the couple actually joked about it. The woman’s name was Dawn, which they simply assumed as mere coincidence. In fact, they would tease each other and say that this Dawn, the woman whose family name they didn’t know, was actually the woman they were looking for. Hillary, of course, took this in jest.
