Here, the indoor smoking ban does not work…with more than half of the entire population smoking away. Should you find yourself in a smoky enclosed space like a bar or restaurant, avoid coughing or staring at the smoker near you. Always be polite, and if you must, ask the person nicely to transfer or move away. Better just avoid going to smoky enclosed places…
