Do Not Be Insulted By The Term Gringo
Whether you are an American or not, Colombians refer to foreigners with caucassian features as “gringo”. It is not meant to insult or be racially motivated, it’s just how they relate to white-skinned foreigners. Now if you have Asian features and are called a Gringo, that is a different story.
