Never Ask Locals For Cocaine
This is rather obvious as the drug is illegal. Besides, not every Colombian takes drugs, or is a drug dealer. You will be insulting people by asking where you can buy cocaine, even as a joke. It is simply taboo to even mention the drug. If that is the reason why you visited Colombia, best you pack up and go back to where you came from.
