Never miss Water World, a water park that is part of the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District located in Federal Heights, 10 miles north of Downtown Denver. It debuted in 1979, with the first 2 waterslides in the state of Colorado. It now has 23 waterslides, some of which are Voyage to the Center of the Earth, Lost River of the Pharoahs, Thunder Bay Wave Pool, and the Screamin’ Mimi, to name a few.
