Think That Pavements are Skating Rinks
Unless you see a crowd of people frolicking under the snow and skating, by all means join in the fun. In Ukraine, you will probably see the sand or salt being thrown only on the main roads. However, in the suburbs, you might find yourself thinking that an area is a skating rink. Think not. It is just a pavement filled with salt that seemingly looks like ice. Take caution.
