The delicious dairy product is good enough consumed on its own and even better when eaten with protein and fiber-rich nuts, and vitamin-packed fresh fruits. However, buying name-brand yogurt from Whole Foods can be quite expensive, despite coming (reportedly) from the same manufacturer as the products sold at Trader Joe’s.
