Don’t Say No To High Tea
High tea may be a British tradition, but the Hong Kong Chinese also adapted to these particular ways too. High tea is meant to be taken at 3:30 p.m. as a gap between lunch and dinner. Until today, many of the more posh hotels offer high tea not only to their guests, but to the locals as well, and it’s one tradition that we hope stays.
