Part Of Her Purpose

She shares that part of her purpose for the trip was to increase awareness of peace and understanding between people, cultures and other nation’s beliefs by experiencing them. She truly feels that if you can understand that of which you don’t know, there will be acceptance rather than fear, compassion rather than hatred and there will be a push for unity amongst nations.

Exponential Costs

She knew that her journey was going to cost an amount that she herself could not afford. In fact, her entire trip was said to come out to over $200,000 all in all. Luckily, she was able to gather a decent number of sponsors, aside from finding innovative ways to get her mission accomplished.
