Leaving On A Whim
Jack, who was working as a carpet cleaner in his hometown of Manchester in the UK, was tired of his day-to-day life. He was bored of doing the same thing, day in and day out, and just knew he wanted to do something adventurous. So the then 21-year-old woke up one morning and made a decision. He explains, “Five years ago I impulsively decided to quit my 9 – 5 job,” after which he bought a one-way ticket to Bangkok and left Britain. He could have never known the kind of adventure he was about to embark on.
