Vladimir Putin’s ex-spouse Lyudmila Putin declared in an interview to The German newspaper Die Welt “My husband, unfortunately, have long been dead. I have to admit it publicly because I could no longer see what is happening on his behalf. It’s terrible people. They did not stop at anything. I am afraid that now they will kill me and my daughters as well as they killed him”. She claims “the real Putin is dead” and replaced with a body double. No one else has come forward to substantiate these claims, however.
