The lunar pyramid
In December 1972, Apollo 17 landed on the Moon near the Geophone Rock. They took a photo which NASA listed as “blank.” But the image actually showed something extraordinary after being retouched: a pyramid. This led to several conspiracy theories claiming that NASA had been hiding some secrets about what’s on the Moon.
