When Rachel was admitted into the mental institution, it meant that she would no longer be privy to tweets, posts, basically having no ways of communicating with Shelia. And this also meant that Sheila couldn’t keep Rachel from confessing the horrific act that they did that horrible night just a few months before on July 6th, 2012.
