Despite Rachel’s confession, Shelia was still not admitting guilt to what they had done, but Rachel chose to cooperate with the police completely. On police insistence, she even attempted to try to get Shelia to confess by wearing a wire when they finally did speak again, but Shelia didn’t take the bait.
