Although the grandchildren are not hers by blood, Kelly Baker has become one of the youngest, if not the youngest known great-grandmother at the age of 28, after her husband’s granddaughter had a baby. Kelly, who lives with her husband in Hempstead, Hertforshire, married her 68-year-old husband Bob, who already had 3 kids of his own, plus 9 grandkids.
