The club is definitely not racist, but it is the most exclusive club in England. Because it caters to royalty and other individuals in powerful positions, the majority of the public is restricted from entering.

For a long time, the club was sexist; Queen Elizabeth II broke this 3,000-year rule, however, when she visited in 1991.

An entire Russian town is off-limits to the general public. Closed off by the Russian government, it is believed to house employees working on Mount Yamantah, the location of what NATO suspects to be a large nuclear facility. There are two battalions permanently stationed in the town to ward off visitors.

Unless one has been baptized as a Mormon and holds prestige within the church, they are not likely to be allowed to view the church’s ‘secret’ vault. It is said that there’s over 3 billion pages worth of data on genealogy and family history of many Americans in the vault.

Tours are given of the front of the vaults, but pretty much everything else is off-limits. Some suspect that the reason the LDS church is so willing to invest time, money, and other resource into constructing such a highly-secure underground vault is so Mormon believers can collect records of the deceased and posthumously baptize as many dead people as possible.

Like the Galapagos Islands, this island is restricted from the general public because of its pristine environment. Reportedly, it emerged from the waves in the Atlantic ocean following an extended volcanic eruption in the 1960s. Only a handful of scientists has ever been allowed to visit the island.
