11. Wesley Snipes
In 2008, Wesley Snipes was found guilty on three misdemeanor counts for failing to file federal income tax returns. The IRS charged him with tax evasion and sentenced him to 3 years in prison. He owes the IRS $17 million in taxes but managed to get out of prison on bail.
