Being Taken Into Custody
Since it was known that Brooke was not recently pregnant, and that Savanna had knowingly been in her apartment, police just needed to prove that the baby was indeed the child of Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind. They took Brooke and William into custody under the charges of ‘conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and providing false information.’ Knowing that police were going to figure out that the baby was indeed Savanna’s after doing a DNA test, Brooke decided to confess to her crimes.
