Despite Cheryl choosing Alcala, she said that she refused to continue with their date after the show because she found him ‘quite creepy.’ Apparently, he may have been able to enchant her while on television, but when they were alone, it would be completely obvious that there was something much more sinister and disturbing about him. And obviously she made a good call because it would seem that had she proceeded to date him, she probably would have ended up like all the rest of his dead and raped victims.
