Undeniable Evidence
Police felt that due to all the evidence, including the composite sketch, the criminal ways of Alcala, as well as his prior escapes from his past crimes, they had their man. Then the major damning evidence was when they found a pair of earrings inside of the storage locker that Alcala kept somewhere in Seattle. Detectives found the locker purely by chance when they found a receipt for it in his mother’s house. The earrings belonged to Robin Samsoe, so police knew without a doubt that they had found their culprit.
