An investigation into her case began almost immediately, and what they were going to find out was going to shock them immensely. The investigation would prove that Victoria’s parachutes had apparently been tampered with. There were two components to her parachute that had been tactically removed from the parachute rig, ensuring that the parachute would not open when it should have.
