He says that the investigation is ongoing, and, in his words, “I think that Lauren was in a state where she was unable to take care of herself and I don’t know that she ever left the apartments that she went to after leaving Kilroy’s.” Both parents believe that someone knows the truth and is just too afraid to say it.
