Who knew you could sell your own leftovers on eBay, even if you’re not a celebrity? A British man named Leigh Knight auctioned an unwanted Brussels sprout left over from a Christmas dinner online. It fetched £1,550 ($2,100 USD). Proceeds went directly towards cancer research.
