Auschwitz
One of the biggest, and worst concentration camps w known as Auschwitz. It was located in Poland. Here, Jews were separated from their families and forced to go by the trainload, day in, day out. Auschwitz was originally a Polish political prison, which ended up being the site where at least 1.1 million people were killed during the holocaust. Most of the Jews were killed in the gas chambers there, while others died from starvation or dehydration.
