An unexpected development
In 2016, 23 years after Richard went missing, something unexpected took place. Linda received a call from detective Anthony Cardillo of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Department in Florida. She was informed that Richard Hoagland had been located. Linda could hardly believe what she heard.
