After receiving Eric’s application and hearing him play, Professor Gilad was more than happy to take Eric under his musical wings. The scholarship was going to provide Eric with completely free tuition for at least two years, which was said to be a reported $50,000 per year, as well as living expenses, amongst other things.

For Eric, as well as Jennifer who basically knew every little aspect of his life, they both knew that his family couldn’t afford to pay for his tuition without getting the scholarship. But then apparently, what no one else could actually know was that this was the last thing Jennifer wanted to happen.
