Filing For Full Custody
In 1988, Russell decided to file for full custody of his young children, believing that maybe his wife would come out of hiding. When the court day came and went without Elaine showing up, Russell was granted full custody of his two children. But since he couldn’t find them anywhere, this would prove to be useless.
