If they’re cleaning your room and they need to go, they’re going to use your bathroom. Hotel maids don’t have that much time in between cleaning rooms, and if they’re behind schedule, they’re not going to take their time to head to the service stall. The one good thing about this? They’ll probably take extra care of cleaning everything up once they’re done.
