Five more years had passed and finally, the cops came up with a new plan. If they couldn’t catch the actual killer, maybe they could solve the case through a method called familial DNA matching. This meant that they might be able to connect to the killer by looking at the database for relatives. Hence, Operation Rhodium was back in full force. How exactly will they be able to achieve this?
