THE SENTENCING
Popplewell has seen criminals of every kind, and he believes that men like Hampton should stay behind bars for a long time. He told the accused himself that he is most likely going to die behind bars and sentenced him to at least 22 years in prison. The accused lived a normal life with his family and they never knew what he did prior. Little did they realize that their family’s patriarch is a rapist and a murderer.
