The first thing Clark did was to set up a website, get a 1-800 number, and create a Facebook page. He got himself into social media, just like his daughter, but he had a very definite goal in mind – to get Heather back and to stop the sex traffickers from victimizing anyone ever again. He knew that if he left it up to the police, nothing would have happened. He didn’t know if what he did would get his daughter back, but he will die trying.

The dad turned detective also hired a private kidnap and rescue firm as well as consulted experts just to push the search forward. He used his very own resources to make it happen. And with his determination, he was able to gather tips from informants who contacted him. He finally got the help he wanted.
