This new detective had discovered that sex traffickers often used Snapchat and WhatsApp to lure their victims. Why? Because their messages would disappear within 24 hours, which meant that there would be no evidence held against them. Their victims would have access to it while others won’t be able to know what transpired between the perpetrator and the target.
