Family members describe Jenny as ‘truly one of the most loving people you could ever hope to meet. She always went out of her way to help people.’ A friend of Jenny’s, Scott Jackson, wrote on her Facebook page, “I don’t know where to even start, I’m still just at a loss for words and feel like this is all a dream. Jenny Parks you were an amazing woman and very happy to have the chance to get to know you and be apart of our 2nd family. You were always full of smiles and just always full of life and spunk.”
