Paying It Forward
Dana is simply paying the good deed forward. The nine donors gave them a future she once thought was never possible. More importantly, she has made it her mission to tell her story to the world. It is her hope that her miracle would encourage others to roll up their sleeves and donate blood. “I will always tell my story just so we can help somebody else, because you never know,” she explains. And instead of hearing about a tragic story, people would finally come to realize that a simple act could lead to a happy ending.
