Each player gets one cookie, which is placed on the forehead. The player needs to find a way to get the cookie into their mouth by using the face, meaning no hands can be used. You can only imagine the kind of difficulty, and laughter this causes for both player and bystander.

Of course something else to consider is that once the cookie falls to the floor, a player needs to start all over again.
