Strangely, despite how far-removed he was from everyone on his gigantic plot, his neighbor shared that ‘they often heard “hundreds of dollars” worth of bullets being fired at night.’ And some of his employees even shared that Todd was practically unavailable any time 6 p.m. onwards. He claimed that it was because he was “working on the farm.” But the kind of ‘work’ that he was doing was nothing that anybody could have possibly believed, or fathomed.
