So What Happened To Todd Kohlhepp?
Todd Kohlhepp had told police that if they allowed him to tell his mom himself about what he had done, he would confess everything, which he did. So on May 29, 2017, during his sentencing, Judge Cole asked Todd how he would plead to the charges held against him, to which he replied, “Guilty, sir.” He admitted to killing all seven of his victims, plus the kidnapping and rape charges of Kala Brown, his lone survivor. Although the families of the victims were hoping for the death penalty, he received a sentencing of seven consecutive life sentences plus 60 years.
