The complex hosts a 218-suite, five-star hotel, a spa, several cottages and reception rooms. The lodge and golf club were bought by Trump for an estimated US$16 million. Plans are now in the works to build a 13-foot tall sea wall to protect this luxury golf resort from storms and rising sea levels.
