If you snore because of fatty or weak throat muscles, there are actually a few tongue exercises that you can do to help strengthen them. The most common ones are sticking your tongue out as far as it can go and moving it all around. Another is saying ever vowel at least 20 times. And another is pushing your tongue against the roof of your mouth and allowing your tongue to push backwards around 20 to 30 times. There are more of course, and they all need to be done very often to see any results.
