If you happen to get yourself checked and it’s been determined that you have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, then going to a sleep doctor to get fitted for a CPAP might be your best bet. A CPAP is a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, which is a machine that sends ‘pressurized air through a nasal or face mask’ in order to assist with sleeping and stop the sleep apnea from happening.
