And despite getting caught, the two still showed very little remorse.

That was at least until 2 girls decided to do something quite unheard of in their relatively laid-back town. On July 25, 2017, 2 friends sent out a tweet on Social Media powerhouse site, Twitter, which set many concerned citizens ablaze.
