In 2010, Melbourne began a Missing Persons Week, which had featured the story of Tamara Milograd. And in an incredible turn of events, there was a woman who happened to be looking at the site, and she would see Tamara Milograd’s photo. The only difference was, the woman staring back at her looked like her own mom, except her mother had a different name.
