Condition number one would explain, “Never post who you got them from. I’m not looking for anything in return or to be hounded by other people. I would prefer to remain anonymous.” And given what she was doing for Billie, it was understandable why. People might suddenly begin hounding her to do the same for them.
Condition Number Two
Condition number two was, “If you do not need / want the help, please let me know by FRIDAY 7/20/18 so I can select someone else.” As if Billie wouldn’t want the help, but it still all seemed so bizarre to have been singled out. Was it just pure luck?
