Condition Number Three

Condition number three, “Pay it forward. Be kind to a random stranger someday.” After which she added, “Yes… This is legit.” She must have known that Billie would indeed be concerned that this was all a scam, so the kind bearer of gifts wanted to reassure her.

Why Her?

When Billie realized that it was not at all a hoax, she told the girl, “I can’t imagine why I stood out to you. But I am astonished. I don’t even know what to say.” To which the lady replied, “I guess yes or no? Lol.” And she would further share that it was her name that she kept coming back to, which is why she picked Billie.
