She only did the right thing
By senior year, Pam fell in love with one of the most popular boys in school. He had everything going for him: he was well-liked, a member of the golf team, soccer team, and was even part of the National Honor Society. However, three months into their relationship, Pam got pregnant and they were forced into marriage. Pam’s devout mother didn’t approve of their marriage, of course. But despite doing the right thing, there was a deep sense of regret in Pam. While her friends were going off to college, she was forced to grow up quickly and take on the responsibility of raising a baby.
