HAPPY WHERE SHE IS
Tannah has been with her current set of foster parents for two years. They had 2 kids of their own, and Tannah and her 2 other siblings were assigned to them by the foster care system. She felt really happy being with Jen and Jeff Fisher. She found a mom and dad in them. And for years, the two had been waiting for the court to decide on their actual adoption. They loved Tannah just as much and wanted a permanent home for her. However, they also knew how erratic and uncertain their situation could be.
