THINGS DON’T ALWAYS GO AS PLANNED
The foster care system, as well-intentioned as it is, doesn’t always get to provide the children with what they needed. Some slip through the cracks and go unnoticed as they bounce from one home to the next. Jen and Jeff fought hard for all the children under their care because they didn’t want them to fall victims to the loopholes.
