Bottled Water

It has been reported very recently that bottled water brands like Starkey and Penafiel have been found to contain high levels of arsenic. Long-term ingestion of arsenic can pose health problems, affecting organs and systems and may expose you to higher risk of diabetes and cancer. Birth defects are also related to consumption of this highly toxic element.
